-All small custom orders for weekend must be finalized by Monday of that week. 
-All small custom orders for weekdays must be finalized by Saturday of prior week. 
-All orders over $50 require prepayment due in full at least one week prior to pick up.  No exceptions. 
-All large custom orders require at least 3 to 4 weeks notice.
- We are not responsible for orders that are paid and forgotten by the client. We have made your item for the agreed upon time and if you do not pick up, you can pick up on the next available pick up day. If not, item will be discarded.

NOTE- *It is best to call as early as possible as we seem to book up quickly. 
We are not your typical bakery mass producing the same offerings every week with box mixes.  We are a boutique bakery. We are two sets of hands making a very large amount of homemade and handmade desserts for our storefront, vendors and your custom event orders. Some weeks we will be able to fit in last minute orders so it is worth a call.  Sometimes, we cannot. 

Q: Will you deliver a dozen minis?

A: No, we do not. We generally do not deliver At all.

Q: Do you make sheetcakes?

A: No, we do not and never have.  We do however, offer sheetcake boards full of minis.  They are adorable for events and can also be customized with message.  Our half sheetcake board holds anywhere from 3 dozen to 6 dozen minis!

Q: How long has LCS been open and has it always been in Brookline?

A: We have been open since October 5, 2012 at the same Brookline location at 109 Capital Avenue.

Q: Are you hiring?

A: No, we are not.  Your interest in being employed at LCS is humbling but we are not hiring or accepting interns at this time.

Q: Is LCS a corporate store?

A: No, we are not.  LCS is privately owned. This being said, life happens and occassionally one can get sick, have a doctor appointment, take a much deserved day off, mourn a death in the family, or give birth and need a maternity leave. Please follow our social media for notice of these rare incidence!

Q: What ingredients are used in the dog cakes?

A: We use flour, eggs, vegetable oil, skim milk, peanut butter, and honey.  We occasional use berries, carrots, creamcheese and greek yogurt.
